'Maps and Helmets', A True Life Drama!!
I've just finished building up our new Burls Titanium touring bikes. Custom frame builder and designer Justin Burls, helped us a lot in the design process, and of course he caused them to be built.... in Russia! He actually managed to talk the guys off building a new sub for President Putin so they could build our bikes! Apparently they were more than pleased to do it, as it was a new challenge. They can build subs in thier sleep, touring bikes of this complexity took a bit more thought.
I've put some pictures up here.
I've also got a new mountain bike. Unfortunately, my old marin mount vision developed a crack in the seat tube, it was hanging by a thread!
Colin at Rush Cycles and the guys at ATB Sales did me proud. I've got a brand new (09) frame... and shock. In a lovely grey and white paint scheme (very sensitive, just like me).
